The X-Factor Show

'X-Factor Show', formally 'The X-Set Show' that originally formed in 1994 performs a large variety of costumed and choreographed 'show acts' incorporating ABBA, Tom Jones, Elton, Blues Bros, , Kylie, Blondie, Grease, Scottish Act, Lulu and more.

Keeping the music live, delivering energetic and humours renditions of popular artists and music styles is the emphasis of the X-Factor Show. Careful formatting allows for seamless transitioning from one act to another for consistency and flow.

Although a very visually entertaining show, X-factor encourages dancing and audience involvement throughout the performance. It's like a show and a dance band all in one.

Membership has varied over the years, with multi-talented performers always being part of the line up. Nowadays X-Factor is:

Bill Acklin - founding member, keyboards, vocals, bagpipes
Janine Pont - also an original member of the X-Set, vocals
Marcel Rodeka - a founding member of Mother Goose, Drums
